WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk or industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification

• Experience in administrative tasks as well as organizational and office-related activities

• A careful, structured way of working and enjoyment in keeping office processes running smoothly

• Friendly and clear communication skills, both written and spoken

• Confident use of MS Office; Outlook knowledge is an advantage

YOUR TASK – KEEP US MOVING:​

• General office and administrative tasks

• Telephone and written communication with customers and suppliers

• Processing of orders, delivery notes and invoices

• Organization and coordination of shipments, including preparation of relevant documents

• Supporting the office team with organizational and administrative processes

• Maintenance and management of documents and data
