BEVEL GEARS
Bevel gears are used when torque and rotational movement of the input and output shafts need to be transmitted at an angle. The axes are usually offset by 90°. The basic shape of a bevel gear is a truncated cone with a toothed outer surface. The bevel gear can be straight, helical, or arcuate.
