Our 5-axis CNC machining opens up maximum freedom in geometry, reduces setup times and enables machining in just one setup – ideal for demanding contours and tight tolerances.

MILLING
Another machining process is milling. It is the optimal manufacturing solution for creating flat, curved, or complex surfaces. The tool, usually with multiple cutting edges, performs the main rotating movement.
The feed movement, however, is usually carried out by the workpiece, but also by the tool.
The milling processes are classified according to the shape to be created into face, round, screw, gear, profile and form milling.
