For over 70 years, CABA-BLIND Antriebsaggregate GmbH has been a specialist in custom gearing technology. Our expertise ranges from single-piece manufacturing to complex series production – with spur gears in all common and international standards. The component sizes range from 10 mm to 1600 mm – fully tailored to your requirements.
Our certified process begins right from the customer inquiry, focusing on quality planning in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. After the order is placed, a detailed work and scheduling plan follows, complemented by systematic inspection processes and state-of-the-art measuring technology. Our powerful machine fleet covers all common methods of gearing technology – from hobbing and lapping to shaping and gear flank grinding.
In addition, we support you upon request with technical consulting and design calculations – such as profile optimization or material selection – directly from our own development department.

→ Spur gears
Ø 10 mm to 1600 mm, module 0.3 to 20, and larger upon request.
→ Worm gears
Ø 10 mm to 900 mm, module 0.5 to 20, and larger upon request.
→ Bevel gears
Ø 10 mm to 750 mm, module 0.5 to 12, including spiral bevel gears up to Ø 500 mm.
→ Sprockets
Ø 10 mm to 1600 mm, pitch 5 to 100 mm, from 1/4 inch to
3 inches.
→ Rack gears
Up to module 20, including ground racks.
→ Milling and shaping of spline profiles
DIN 5461 to DIN 5465, DIN 5471 and DIN 5472, DIN 5480, serrated tooth profiles DIN 5481.
→ Toothed hubs and toothed shaft profiles
