In 2021, construction began on our new company headquarters — featuring a state-of-the-art production hall and a future-oriented administrative building. The new facility is now completed and offers approximately 10,000 m² of net space, including around 8,000 m² of production area, providing the ideal environment for precise work, modern thinking, and shared growth.

Why did we build? Because we are growing.
The integration of CABA-Blind into the SEW-Eurodrive family has opened up new opportunities for us — for sustainable development, technical innovation, and secure jobs. The new facility in the BA-SIC industrial park in Neuried — just 800 meters from the previous location — was planned and executed with foresight.

Technology that moves. Atmosphere that inspires.
With the move, our machinery was also upgraded to the latest standards. In the new facility, you’ll find a modern, efficiency-focused production area and an administrative building of about 1,000 m², providing space for collaboration, short distances, and a pleasant working environment.

Sustainability built in from the ground up.
Environmental protection and energy efficiency were given high priority right from the planning stage: A photovoltaic system with 520 kWp supplies the site with clean electricity — saving around 300,000 kg of CO₂ annually. The building meets high energy standards and reflects our commitment to responsibly shaping the future.
