OPERATIONS MANAGER

(w/m/d) 

​

You will take responsibility for the entire operational area and ensure that our production runs safely, reliably, and efficiently. In this role, you will work closely with management and the technical departments.

​

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• A degree in engineering or technical training as a technician/master craftsman with relevant experience

• Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in mechanical engineering or special-purpose machinery

• Knowledge of machining, gearbox, or gear technology is an advantage

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach

• Experience in production planning, process optimization, and team leadership

• Confident handling of key performance indicators, ERP systems, and MS Office

• Clear communication skills, assertiveness, and a respectful approach to working with people

• Responsibility for production, work preparation, maintenance, and logistics

• Leadership and development of skilled and technical employees

• Ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and efficient operations

• Planning and control of capacities, personnel, and machinery

• Further development of processes, primarily based on lean principles

• Participation in investments in machinery, equipment, and digitalization

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards as well as quality and safety requirements

• Analysis of key performance indicators and derivation of concrete measures
